Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays; orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers, including InPost, DPD, DHL, and Poczta Polska. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

We proudly ship to all European Union member states and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and exact delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Free shipping thresholds for international orders are automatically applied and displayed during checkout.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Avoscy has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Additionally, Avoscy is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on our website.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@avoscy.com with your Order ID, and our team will investigate the status of your shipment promptly.

Note: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
